The UCSF Women's Health Resource Center is always looking for individuals who are interested in an internship with our program.
Interns work closely with Resource Center staff on all aspects of program operation. They assist in all daily activities of the Center as well as work on individual projects tailored to the needs of the Center and the interests of the individual intern.
Interns will gain hands-on experience delivering women's health education. They will also learn all aspects of program administration and operation, become familiar with other Bay Area agencies that serve women, and have the opportunity to increase their content knowledge about women's health.
Interns should have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while interacting with diverse population groups. An interest in women's health is essential as is comfort with working in a fast-paced environment. Some computer work may be required. Bilingual applicants are a plus.
