Wendy Katzman, PT, is a physical therapist, board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, School of Allied Health Sciences in 1973, and is currently working on a doctoral degree in Rehabilitation Science at UCSF. Ms. Katzman's research interests are in women's health, including urinary incontinence, kyphosis and musculoskeletal effects of osteoporosis. Her special interests include female urinary incontinence, dyspaurenia, and exercise with osteoporosis. She is a Clinical Instructor in the School of Medicine, the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehab Science.

UCSF Women's Health accepts most managed care plans (HMOs, point of service plans - POS, and PPOs - preferred provider organizations). Wendy Katzman sees Brown and Toland patients in conjunction with UCSF Women's Health physicians. Call the practice office to confirm that your health plan is accepted.

The Mount Zion Medical Office Building is located at 2356 Sutter Street at Divisadero. Lab, X-ray and other ancillary services such as the UCSF/Mount Zion Breast Care Center and Gynecologic Oncology Practice are available in the Mount Zion Medical Center area.
